What sets us apart is that we provide our clients with true benefits solutions that go way beyond product offerings. We bring a wealth of industry expertise to the table and do the kind of legwork for you that many other brokers don't.

We take the time to get to know your company, along with its unique needs pertaining to a benefits plan. Our customized approach includes identifying alternatives and making recommendations to address specific requirements rather than offering cookie-cutter programs. From extensive research to a thorough analysis of our findings, doing our homework in the marketplace allows us to provide recommendations that are both comprehensive and robust.

Successively, we negotiate with providers on your behalf, followed by benefits plan implementation and providing continuous customer support. This includes virtually anything from providing monthly claims and utilization monitoring and reporting to employee communication and trouble-shooting carrier-related issues.

Although we make a comprehensive array of services available to all our clients, we remain flexible, understanding that selecting a la carte services may be more beneficial for some companies. We're happy to provide that, too. As a partner to our clients, everything we do is with your best interests in mind.

Because Strategic Business Services is not affiliated with specific insurance carriers, we can objectively look to the entire marketplace for the optimum benefits solutions.
